"It was clear to me that my son's first sub-3h marathon would be in San Sebastian - I've been telling him for a long time that it's the fastest place to run in Spain! Goal achieved and an eternal memory".
Javi and Juan Gurrea
"I really like the course and at my level (2h 34), there is support from many runners. Besides, at home, with the encouragement of family and friends.... You can't ask for anything more!"
Jon Arzubialde after breaking the Master 60 World Record
"It was my first race on asphalt and between the views of the city and the public, the kilometres flew by! How can you not fall in love with San Sebastian".
Mélanie Pierre
"I wanted to run my 100th marathon in San Sebastian, the city where I have lived for twelve years, in front of my friends and acquaintances, on the roads of my daily life, of my training, of my work. This was my fourteenth San Sebastian Marathon and I hope to be there at the start on 24 November. The 100th marathon is behind me, but the end of the road is still far away".
Romain Purro
"A fantastic sports tourism weekend full of activities. Gastronomy, culture, landscape and a beautiful marathon. The perfect plan to come as a couple.
Hardy Michel y Janey Fryer
"The Donosti Marathon has become a regular on our calendar. Running close to home, surrounded by friends, is unrivalled. Next year, we're going for another one!"
Ángel Lava and Jon Agirre
