FOR WHAT PURPOSE ARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED, AND FOR HOW LONG?

When users provide personal data through registration forms for events organised by RPM-MKTG on the websites of RPM-MKTG, these will be processed for the following purposes:

I. To manage and process the User’s participation in the event. Therefore, your data will be kept for the period that the event/activity for which you have registered lasts, and once it has finished, for the statutory period laid down for any legal actions that may arise as a result of the registration.

II. To send you surveys, which may be used to prepare reports based on aggregate data for statistical and analytical purposes to improve our services.

III. To provide you with personalised information based on your user profile, about projects, services, campaigns, events in which RPM-MKTG participates or organises, unless otherwise indicated or the interested party exercises his/her right of opposition to the sending of the same by writing to dpo@rpm-mktg.esasí, and also the preparation of reports on his/her activity with RPM-MKTG.

In this respect, and when users so authorise, their data will be used to provide them with information on products and services of our partners who participate in the specific event the user has registered for. WHAT IS THE LEGITIMIZATION OF THE PROCESSING OF THE DATA?

PERSONAL DATA OF MINORS

RPM-MKTG informs users that, to proceed with the treatment of personal data of minors under 14 years of age, the consent of the minor’s parents, guardians or whoever exercises parental authority over the minor in question is required.

Therefore, whenever a minor participates in a race, or generally any event organised by RPM-MKTG or its partners, it will be necessary to provide data that identify the minor’s parents, guardians or whoever has parental authority with the sole aim of obtaining the necessary consent. RPM-MKTG reserves the right to demand the family book or any other document that determines the filiation, status of guardian or, in general, parental authority over the minor.

In addition to the above, we inform you that if you participate in sports events organised by RPM-MKTG, your name, surname, bib number and photograph may be disseminated through the app and official website for the event, its social media, partner entities and other Media.

WHAT RIGHTS DOES THE INTERESTED PARTY HAVE?

The interested party is entitled to:

Access his/her personal data.

Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

Request the cancellation of his/her data when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were initially collected.
