The challenge of running 42,195km is an exceptional event and the emotions you will experience before, during and after the race are unbeatable. To avoid any issues and to run it safely, it is important to follow the advice of an expert. Therefore, we created for all of you "The coach's corner" with the help of Ignasi de la Rosa and his high performance company: SportPRO Training. Down below, you will find training plans adapted to your time goal:

Your meetings with the coach:

We propose you 3 Live Instagram sessions so you can solve your doubts, listen to advice from the coach and even from other guest’s (nutritionists, psychologists and the Race Director) on the Instagram account of the Marathon:

  • 1st session: 6 September at 8.30 p.m.
  • 2nd session: 27 September at 8.30 p.m.
  • 3rd session: 25 October at 8.30 p.m.
