Aena joins the Zurich San Sebastián Marathon 2025 as an official sponsor

The Zurich San Sebastián Marathon organization has signed a sponsorship agreement with Aena, Spain’s leading airport operator, which joins as an official sponsor of the city’s great running event.

The signing took place at San Sebastián Airport, with the presence of Iñigo Olaizola, Director of Donosti Eventos, and José Manuel Sánchez Losada, Director of San Sebastián Airport.

This collaboration strengthens the natural connection between the event and Aena, as hundreds of international runners will arrive in Donostia through its airports, contributing to the city’s economic, sporting, and tourism dynamism.

The next edition of the Zurich San Sebastián Marathon, to be held on November 23, is set to break participation records once again — with the marathon distance already sold out and 10K entries close to closing. The race will bring together runners from nearly 70 countries, consolidating its position as one of Europe’s most international marathons.
