The Zurich Maratón San Sebastián 2024 has sold out its bibs for the main distance

Registration for the marathon closes with 6,000 bibs sold, the half marathon already sold out the 1,000 bibs available on 29 April. There are still registrations for the 10K.

Next November 24th, the Zurich Maratón San Sebastián 2024 will count on 6,000 marathon runners. Three months before the great athletics event in San Sebastián, the organisers have sold out the bibs for the main distance, reaching the best number of registered runners for the 42K distance (40% more than last year), and the best overall number in the history of this event, which reaches its 46th edition with a projected total of 10,000 runners, of which 60% will be marathoners.

Likewise, since April 29th, the registrations for the half-marathon of this race have already been closed, with 1,000 runners, by which time the number of 2,500 bibs sold for the marathon had already exceeded 2,500. These figures show the exponential progression of the Zurich Maratón San Sebastián, which last year also sold out three weeks before the race, with 7,500 registrations, 3,500 of them for the marathon.

A 10K with the services of a marathon
The Zurich Maratón San Sebastián 2024 still has open registrations for its third distance, the 10K. The little sister of this sporting event, which has the services of a marathon -including the medal-, is a perfect alternative to experience all the charm of the Playa de la Concha beach and the center of the capital of Gipuzkoa. For this distance, more than 1,500 registrations have already been received.
